4. Pet Health and Behavior

4.1 Vaccinations: All pets must be current on rabies vaccinations as required by law. We may request proof of vaccination.

4.2 Health Conditions: You must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or behavioral issues your pet may have before services are performed.

4.3 Aggressive Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service or stop a grooming session if your pet exhibits aggressive behavior that poses a risk to our staff or other animals.

5. Service Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing: Service prices are as listed in our salon and on our website. Prices may vary based on pet size, coat condition, and additional services requested.

5.2 Payment: Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

5.3 Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for de-matting, de-shedding, flea treatment, or other special handling requirements.
